What does the app offer? +

AI models & methodology
Are the models resource-intensive? +
Yes, for our servers. No, for your device.
The AI models use significant computing resources and run entirely on our infrastructure.
The application only retrieves the results. This lets you benefit from powerful models without taxing your phone’s performance.
What are confidence indicators? +
We use two types of confidence indicators:

A confidence score for each type of bet. It indicates the model’s confidence level in its own prediction.

A convergence indicator, displayed when several independent signals confirm the same prediction. This is a particularly strong signal, reserved for Premium subscribers.
Why don't some races have a confidence indicator? +
Two reasons may explain the absence of confidence indicators:
- Their level is below the minimum threshold you defined in the application settings.
- Even with the minimum level selected, our models may estimate that their confidence level is insufficient. In that case, no indicator is displayed.
Are the predictions updated? +
Yes.
Predictions are frequently recalculated to include the latest available information.
Premium subscribers receive these updates automatically.
What is "early access"? +
Reserved for Premium subscribers
Early access automatically lets you use our latest AI model before its public release.
With each new generation, Premium subscribers immediately use the new model. The model that was previously in early access then becomes available to all users.
When are new models released? +
Models are deployed as soon as they are considered sufficiently mature. There is no fixed schedule, in order to prioritize the quality of the analyses.
Do you use off-the-shelf AI models? +
No.
The analyses rely on AI models that we design specifically for this type of data. They are developed to analyze races and produce indicators suited to this context.
Do you follow recent developments in artificial intelligence? +
Yes.
The models evolve by gradually integrating improvements and relevant approaches for this type of analysis. The goal is to improve the quality of results while keeping models suited to the context of racing.
Do you use neural networks? +
Yes.
The models used combine several techniques, including neural networks, used to analyze races and produce relevant indicators.
Do the models adapt to each race? +
Yes.
Each race is analyzed individually according to its configuration.
Are all race types analyzed in the same way? +
No.
Each race has its own specifics. The models adapt to these differences.
How should the results be interpreted? +
The information presented should be understood as analytical indicators, and not as certainties. They are intended to help read a race, but they remain subject to a degree of uncertainty.
Why can the results vary? +
Results depend on many factors specific to each race. Conditions can evolve, which naturally affects the analyses.
Account & data
Do I need to create an account? +
No, it is not necessary to use the app in free access mode.
However, for subscriptions, signing in with Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android) is required in order to sync and restore your subscriptions.
How do I modify my account? +
It is not possible to modify your account. You can only delete it.
Your account is associated with a technical identifier generated by Apple or Google. This identifier cannot be modified by either the user or our services.
How do I delete my account? +
You can delete your account directly from the app.
In the top left corner, click the User icon. If you are signed in to your account, a “Delete my account” button will be present in your profile. Click this button to delete your account.
Deleting your account deletes your profile and the personal data associated with your account.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it from your subscription management on your Google Play or Apple account.
To manage ongoing subscriptions and comply with our contractual obligations, certain technical information related to your subscription (such as transaction identifiers) is retained as long as it remains active. This data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary to retain it.
What data do you store? +
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the application: account identifier and access rights (subscription).
No banking data is stored. Payments are fully handled by secure third-party services (Apple and Google).
What notifications do you send? +
None.
By choice, the application does not use notifications in order to limit any form of excessive prompting.
Does the application work without an internet connection? +
No.
An internet connection is required to access races and updates.
Subscription & payments
If I change phones, will I keep access to my subscription? +
Yes.
Your subscription is linked to your Google or Apple account, not to your phone. It can be recovered by signing in again on a new device.

Does a subscription purchased on iOS unlock Android too, and vice versa? +
No.
A subscription purchased on iOS cannot be used on Android, and vice versa.
Apple and Google each use their own subscription system. Purchases therefore cannot be transferred from one platform to the other. If you switch platforms, a new subscription will be required.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices? +
Yes.
You can use your subscription on multiple devices, provided you use the same user account and remain on the same platform (Google or Apple).
A subscription purchased on iOS cannot be used on Android, and vice versa.
My subscription is not recognized. What should I do? +
Check that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase. You can also use the “Restore purchases” button.
When does my subscription start? +
Your subscription becomes active immediately after payment is confirmed.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store). You can modify or cancel them directly from your account settings.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes, depending on the rules of the platform used for the purchase. Refunds are handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
Can prices change over time? +
Yes.
Prices may change over time as the service evolves.
Can my subscription price change? +
No.
As long as your subscription remains active, you keep the price in effect at the time you subscribed.
Do new users pay the same price? +
Not necessarily.
Pricing may change over time, and new subscriptions may be offered at a different price.
What happens if I cancel my subscription? +
If you cancel and then subscribe again later, the price in effect at the time of the new subscription will apply.
Can the price change automatically without any action on my part? +
No.
Any change to an existing subscription is governed by Apple or Google, and cannot be applied without your consent.
