SignalTurf can alert you directly on your phone as soon as a race of the day exceeds the confidence level you’ve chosen.
This chapter explains how this feature works and how to enable it.
What is a confidence notification?
Instead of checking the app at regular intervals, you can be alerted automatically as soon as an opportunity matching your criteria appears.
A notification is only sent when at least one race that hasn’t started yet reaches or exceeds the confidence threshold you’ve set.
How to enable notifications
Go to the app’s Settings, then enable the daily notifications option.
Enabling it asks you to allow SignalTurf to send notifications to your device. If you decline this permission, no notification can be sent.
Choosing your time slots and confidence threshold
You can select one or several time slots throughout the day (7am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm, Paris time).
At each selected time slot, SignalTurf checks whether an upcoming race reaches your confidence threshold, and notifies you if so.
The confidence threshold used for notifications is independent from the one displayed in the app: you can browse analyses at a given level while only wanting to be notified above a higher threshold.
An always-relevant notification
Only races that haven’t started yet are taken into account at the time of sending.
A race that has already started never triggers a notification, even if its confidence level was high enough — notifying you about it would no longer be useful.

Confidence notifications are part of the features included in Premium subscriptions, alongside the other benefits presented in the Subscriptions chapter.
